Pop-Tarts Drive the School Bus and Soar on a Trapeze

Follows a Jerry Seinfeld movie tie-in

It's Pop-Tarts world, we just live in it.

First, the classic toaster pastries made a college-bowl splash. Then appeared with Jerry Seinfeld in a cross-promo for his Unfrosted flick.

Now, they're driving the school bus. And flying on a trapeze, smooshing giant ice-cream balls into submission.

It's the stuff of dreams. Well, my dreams, anyway. After I've had too many sugary treats.

"Pop-Tarts has dominated the cultural zeitgeist this past year by embracing the absurd," says Heidi Ray, the brand's senior director of marketing. "This new creative platform continues that journey to reimagine what 'Crazy Good' means in different mediums, and dials it up to the Nth degree."

Agency Le Truc developed the spots, and MJZ director Vedren Rupic keeps the action gloriously goofy.

Some don't feature the costumed cuties, but they still pop:
