We back! It's the third season premier of #BlackTea, and I sit down with Cierra Moore, strategy director at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners. We kick off the conversation with Cierra's take on society's response to the wrongful detention of Brittney Griner, and what it may show us about our biases regarding more masculine-presenting women.
